Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spicy Organic. We are committed to getting your organic spices, herbs, and superfoods to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping and returns information below — and if you have any questions, our team is always happy to help at support@spicyorganic.com.


Free shipping — no minimum order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States — no minimum order value, no promo code needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our McKinney, Texas facility.

Holiday and peak season notice: During high-volume periods — including Thanksgiving week, Christmas, New Year, and major promotional events — processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering early during these periods. We will always communicate any significant delays via email.


Delivery timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the contiguous United States are 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and package size to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery. Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or high shipping volumes are outside our control.


Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website:

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@spicyorganic.com with your order number.


Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spicy Organic purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email support@spicyorganic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@spicyorganic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and work toward a satisfactory resolution — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or full refund. We take product quality seriously and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make it right.


International shipping

At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping from SpicyOrganic.com.

International customers can find a selection of Spicy Organic products available on Amazon.com, which offers international shipping to many countries through their global fulfillment network.
