The trees that produce both of the cardamom varieties we grow are different from other producers in this region. We plant them by hand with a unique high-density planting method. While cardamom is known as the "queen of spices", it does not have to be expensive, and should be widely available for everyone to enjoy.

Green cardamom pods are widely available globally and used in many dishes. Black cardamoms, which are much bigger, with larger seeds and a different flavor, are not as universally used as organic green cardamom pods. In fact, they come from different plants of the same family.
