A bold, fragrant homemade garlic bread seasoning made with Organic Garlic Granules, Italian dried herbs, and red pepper flakes — ready in 5 minutes with no artificial ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2-3 teaspoons of the dry seasoning blend above
To Make Garlic Butter
Directions
- Combine Organic Garlic Granules, dried parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
- Whisk until evenly combined — taste and adjust salt or red pepper flakes to your liking
- To make garlic butter: mix 2–3 teaspoons of the seasoning blend into 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter until fully combined
- Spread garlic butter generously over sliced baguette or Italian bread
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden at the edges
- Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispness — watch closely
- Store leftover dry seasoning blend in an airtight jar for up to 3–6 months
Recipe Note
This dry blend keeps in a sealed jar for 3–6 months. Mix 2–3 tsp into 1/2 cup softened butter for a full batch of garlic bread.
