Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Add water, butter and salt to a large saucepan. Heat on medium until butter is completely melted.

3. Bring mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low and immediately add flour all at once, quickly stirring constantly until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan, forming a large ball.

4. Use an electric mixer on low speed to mix dough, aiming to cool it down, for about 2 minutes.

5. Add eggs one at a time. Mix on medium to medium-high speed until each egg fully incorporates.

6. Scrape the bowl between additions as necessary and continue mixing on medium-high speed until smooth.

7. Mix in organic black pepper and cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

8. Scoop large spoonsful of dough, about ¼-1/3 cup each, onto parchment lined sheet pan.

9. Bake for 10 minutes at 425. Turn down the temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
