Recipe Note
- Use a full-fat plain yogurt for the marinade to ensure a creamy and tangy flavor.
- For best results, marinate the paneer overnight in the refrigerator.
- If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes before using to prevent them from burning during grilling.
- Grilling the paneer tikka on a high heat will give it a slight char and a smoky flavor.
- Baste the paneer tikka with the remaining marinade while grilling to keep it moist and flavorful.
- If you don't have access to a grill, you can also cook the paneer tikka in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Serve the Tandoori Paneer Tikka hot and fresh for the best flavor and texture.
- Enjoy this delicious and easy-to-make Indian appetizer!
