Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or lamb
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbsp. Garam Masala
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil for cooking
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef or lamb, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Garam Masala, salt, and pepper.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add oil.
Once the pan is hot, place the meatballs in the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes or until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and place them on a plate.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
