Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
Salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh cream
Directions
In a pan, add spinach, milk, and water and bring it to a boil.
Once the spinach is cooked, puree it in a blender.
In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seed, ginger-garlic paste, and diced onion. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Add diced tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar, and salt to taste.
Add the pureed spinach and bring it to a boil.
Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh cream and mix well.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
Recipe Note
- You can also make it more or less spicy to your liking. You can also add more or less cream to adjust the consistency of the dish. You can also add some cashew paste to make it more creamy.
- The paneer is added to the dish in the end and it's cooked until it's soft and creamy. It's a delicious and healthy dish that can be enjoyed by everyone.
