The warming, herbal flavor of green cardamom pairs wonderfully with walnuts in these delectable cookies. This unique cookie features a warm flavor profile and accentuates the citrus notes of cardamom with the addition of lemon zest.
Creaming the butter,
sugar, cardamom and lemon zest together creates a stronger citrus aroma and
cardamom essence. Agave syrup lends a subtle sweetness that is not
overpowering, even for breakfast. As the cookies bake and the walnuts begin to
toast, your kitchen will be filled with an irresistible, glorious aroma.
