Amla powder hair mask is a perfect way to revive dull and
damaged hair. Also, the over use of chemical dyes, or air pollution damages
your hair and you may lose hair. Amla not just nourishes your hair but also
prevents from further damage. You can make amla powder hair mask at home easily.
Using the amla powder and shikakai powder, form a paste with
lukewarm water until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
Apply in parts to your hair and pin up, then cover with a
disposable cap.
Allow the amla powder paste to dry thoroughly (at least 40
minutes) before shampooing the hair with a gentle moisturizing shampoo.
Use a hair dryer to help deep condition your hair.

1. Amla powder is an excellent natural hair care recipe that keeps your scalp and hair healthy.
2. The anti-oxidants in amla also help to prevent premature greying of hair.
3. Alternatively, add 1 spoon of amla powder to 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed oil (preferably coconut or olive oil), let it sit for 20 minutes on your hair, then wash off with warm water.
4. To get the most out of amla powder for hair, mix it with aloe vera gel and add a few drops of essential oil for better results. Use a hair dryer to help deep condition your hair.
5. Simply massage 1 tbsp of amla powder with coconut oil into wet hair and let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then rinse it off.
