Turmeric Ashwagandha Moon Milk
Ashwagandha is described as an "adaptogen/anti-stress agent" and is one of Ayurveda's most effective and strong herbs. It's also an aphrodisiac, reduces anxiety, boosts memory, and is anti-inflammatory. Turmeric on the other hand is one of Ayurveda's most essential herbs, with anti-stress and therapeutic effects. As a result, when combined with milk, both of these nutrients provide a powerful stress-relieving and soothing beverage.
Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients: cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, and ginger powder; make a paste and pour in the milk.
Whisk in all the ingredients until well blended. Add 2 teaspoons of mample syrup.
Strain the milk. Whisk again before serving to ensure the spices are fully dissolved in the milk.
Pour into a mug, drink warm, and lay in bed right away.
